About us
Rahen Trust is a women-led grassroots organisation working to build a more just, equal, and inclusive society where women, children, and young people can live with dignity, rights, and opportunities.
Our work focuses on gender justice, education, Child rights, youth empowerment, constitutional awareness, social inclusion and community leadership. We work closely with women, adolescent girls and children, particularly those from underserved and marginalised communities in urban and rural areas.
At Rahen Trust, we use community engagement, rights-based education, capacity building, research, advocacy, leadership development, and collective action to strengthen community voices and create pathways to greater equality and social justice.
We place particular emphasis on creating spaces where women and girls can build confidence, understand their constitutional and legal rights, access opportunities, and participate meaningfully in decisions that affect their lives and communities.
